Please allow 1-3 weeks for order processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier capacity.

For international orders, shipping may take anywhere from 7–30 days due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us through the content tab so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. While we cannot issue refunds for such cases, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
